Let’s be real, meeting new friends can be HARD. Whoever is it you call family, it’s always important to make new connections with those in the community around you. But how? It’s so easy to “heart” someone’s post to show support, but we challenge women to connect in the flesh. Shake hands, exchange a nervous smile across the room, mingle! Cheer on a stranger with a two finger whistle, between bites of your mini bundt cake as your buns hang out perfectly framed by that new Naughty Bettie lingerie. That’s how! There’s nothing more empowering than complimenting another woman to her face. Or putting on some cute outfits and getting your hair done (although those are pretty awesome things on their own).
